Today I want to share something with you..
Share what??
Share some facts about chocolate
 why chocolate??
Because I like it..haha..
  Its because, many people out there do not know about the facts of chocolate
 especially their types and benefits.
The only thing they know is chocolate have full of fats.
Like my mom =,=
Always nagging me don't eat chocolate much because it fattening you.
hehe sorry mom..
Okay, now lets start with types of chocolate first.
As what I know, chocolate have 6 types of them.
That is dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate
 semisweet chocolate, bittersweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate.
How about their benefits??
Chocolate especially dark chocolate is actually gives beneficial to our health.
 Even many experts also recommend eating one or two ounces of dark chocolate every day.
WHY??
Because chocolate is made from plants that is cocoa, which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables.
The benefits are :
Chocolate act as antioxidants, because it contains flavonoids.
 Also act as anti-depressant, because it contains of serotonin.
Chocolate can lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.
 chocolate to be one of the best cancer-fighting foods.
 Chocolate can make us feeling of pleasure, because it stimulates endorphin production.
The last but not least, it tastes goooooooodddddd...


So now you got some idea about the chocolate
